All Members voted affirmative to the six items below.
- Vote to adopt the Bylaws.
- Vote if to keep (A) Jeff Estey as Manager, (B) Joyce Bickel as Treasurer and to (C) elect Jean-Philippe Failyau as Secretary.
- Vote if the Officer duties should be as follows:
Manager is to oversee maintenance needs of the Block and bring these needs, possible solutions, vendors and their pay rates for the approval of the Treasurer and Secretary.
Treasurer is to do all bookkeeping, pay all bills and file Budget Reports with the City. All ledger entries will be specific as to what the expenditures are. All people being paid will have an invoice, contract or time card on file for all work done. All purchases will have an invoice attached. All past BID records will be given to the Treasurer.
Secretary is to record all meeting notes at Board Meetings and to be the alternate check signer if the Treasurer is unable to do so. Any checks signed in the absence of the Treasurer would be approved in
writing by the President. - Vote Should the Manager and Treasurer have a credit card to pay for items that we are unable or it is inconvenient to pay for by check?
- Vote on whether we hire Luis Navarrete, Landscape Architect.
- Vote to join the Colorado Special Districts Association and to purchase insurance from Colorado Special Districts Property and Liability Pool.
