NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed budget for the ensuing year of 2027 has been submitted to the Old South Gaylord Business Improvement District (“District”). The proposed budget will be considered at a Public Hearing and regular board meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 1066 S. Gaylord St., Denver, CO 80209. The meeting will be open to the public. A copy of the proposed 2027 budget is available for public inspection at the offices of 1066 S. Gaylord St., Denver, CO 80209. Any interested elector within the District may, at any time before final adoption of the 2027 budget, register any objections thereto.
