NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed budget for the ensuing of 2026 has been submitted to the Old South Gaylord Business Improvement District (“District”). Such proposed budget will be considered at a Public Hearing and regular board meeting Friday, September 19 2025, 9:30am at 1028 S. Gaylord St., Denver, CO 80209. The meeting will be open to the public. A copy of the proposed 2026 budget is available for public inspection at the offices of 1028 S. Gaylord St., Denver, CO 80209. Any interested elector within the District may, at any time prior to final adoption of the 2026 budget, register any objections thereto.
